What is easy-repeat delivery service and how does it work?
How do I know if a product is part of the easy-repeat scheme?
Look out for the easy-repeat logo on the product page. All products in the easy-repeat scheme can be purchased as a one off or via the easy-repeat scheme, but buying on the easy-repeat scheme will offer a discount!
Can I have my easy-repeat order delivered into a Pets at Home store, ready for me to collect?
Yes you can! Just choose your local store as part of the checkout process, and we will deliver you order into the store, at the frequency you select.
Do I receive a discount for joining the easy-repeat scheme?
Yes! When signing up to the easy-repeat delivery service, you will receive a discount off the one time purchase price of that product. This discount will be shown on the product page on the website. This discount will be applied off the list price of the product for all your future easy-repeat orders for this product. Discounts will vary from product to product.
How will I know when to expect my easy-repeat order?
We will email you 7 days before your order is due to arrive, to make sure that we have the correct address, and payment details. On receipt of this email, you will have 3 days to make any updates to your easy-repeat order via www.petsathome.com in My Account, or by contacting our Customer Care team who will be able to help.
We will email you to let you know that your order is being prepared by our warehouse, and again when it is on its way.
My easy-repeat order is about to arrive, can I make changes to it?
We will email you 7 days before your order is due to arrive, to make sure that we have the correct address, and payment details. On receipt of this email, you will have 3 days to make any updates to your easy-repeat order via www.petsathome.com in My Account, or by contacting our Customer Care team who will be able to help.

What if I move house?
No problem, just go to My Account on www.petsathome.com, Select ‘Manage my subscriptions’ where you can either Skip the next delivery, change the frequency or pause your subscription. Don’t forget, you can choose to have your order delivered into one of our stores ready for you to collect, so you don’t need to worry about coordinating your move with your easy-repeat order. You can change back to home delivery once settled in your new home. You can also contact our customer care team to help you do this if needed.
How do I change how often I receive my easy-repeat order?
Setting up to receive regular easy-repeat orders is really easy, but sometimes the frequency we initially set is not quite right. You can easily change the frequency by logging in to My Account on www.petsathome.com, select ‘Manage my subscriptions’, and update the frequency. You can also contact our customer care team to help you do this if needed.
What if I have too much, and I don’t need my next order?
No problem, just go to My Account on www.petsathome.com, Select ‘Manage my subscriptions’ where you can either Skip the next delivery, change the frequency or pause your subscription. You can also contact our customer care team to help you do this if needed.
I’m running out of my product sooner that I thought. Can I change how frequently I receive my easy-repeat orders?
Yes you can, just go to My Account on www.petsathome.com, Select ‘Manage my subscriptions’ where you can either Skip the next delivery, change the frequency or pause your subscription. You can also contact our customer care team to help you do this if needed.
How do I cancel one of the products off my easy-repeat order?
If you find you no longer require one of the items on you easy-repeat order, cancelling this item could not be easier. Just log in to My Account on www.petsathome.com, select 'Manage my subscriptions', and choose which item in your easy-repeat order you would like to cancel. We hope you won’t be cancelling because you are not happy with the service, but if we can help in any way, please contact our Customer Care team who will be able to help you iron out any problems.
How do I cancel my easy-repeat order?

Is there a penalty for cancelling my easy-repeat order?
No, there is no penalty for cancelling your easy-repeat order. We will be sad to see you leave the scheme, so if there is anything we could help with before you decide to cancel, please contact our Customer Care team who will be able to help you iron out any problems.
What if my Credit / Debit card expires?
All our cards expire at some point, but don’t worry, when your new card arrives, just log in to My Account on www.petsathome.com, select 'Manage my subscriptions', and you can update the card details associated with your easy-repeat orders here. Don’t forget, if you have saved your card details for use during checkout, this will need changing too!
I’ve got a new credit/debit card, can I change the payment method on my easy-repeat order?
Yes you can! When your new card arrives, just log in to My Account on www.petsathome.com, select 'Manage my subscriptions', and you can update the card details associated with your easy-repeat orders here. Don’t forget, if you have saved your card details for use during checkout, this will need changing too!

Can I add other products into my regular easy-repeat order?
Unfortunately not at this time. But keep checking back as we update and add new products into the easy-repeat scheme.
Can I set up a easy-repeat order in one of the Pets at Home stores?
Currently this scheme is only available via www.petsathome.com
