What is Muziker Smile and how do I become a member?
Muziker Smile is a loyalty program with many advantages and benefits that you can use as soon as you register. All you have to do is set up your customer account on our website. Once you've registered, we'll email you a non-transferrable club card and from then on you can enjoy the benefits that only loyal customers enjoy with us.

How do I collect loyalty points and what is the value of 1 point?
We will reward you with points for buying from us. With every purchase, you will earn, in addition to joy, loyalty points that you can use on your next purchase. You get one point for each euro you spend on your purchase. If you buy in another currency, we'll convert your points and round them up according to the current exchange rate.

Where can I find my loyalty points balance?
You can check your current balance at any time in your customer account personal profile. Or ask the staff at any Muziker store for this information.

What is the validity of loyalty points?
All earned points will be valid for up to 24 months from your last purchase. No matter how long you've had them and no matter if you use them, a new 24-month period will start after each purchase during which your points will be valid. However, if you don't log in to our website and don't make any purchases for more than 2 years, you'll forfeit any points you've accumulated.

How does the return of goods within 30 days work?
Every member of the Muziker Smile loyalty system has up to twice the return period without giving a reason. The standard period is 14 days by law, but for members of our Muziker Smile loyalty system this period is up to 30 days. The way it works is that within 14 days we will send you money for the returned goods and within 14 to 30 days of receiving the goods, we will refund the purchase amount in the form of a voucher for your next purchase. Products that cannot be returned due to their nature (e.g. for hygienic reasons) are specified in our Terms and conditions.

When will I be credited with loyalty points for a purchase?
After making a purchase, we will first securely reserve your points for 30 days and then credit them to your customer account.  If you also purchase the extra “Extended return” service with your goods, your points will be added only after this period has ended. If you shop at one of our stores, we'll add the points to your account immediately.

How can I use loyalty points?
If you have points and are about to make a purchase, you can specify how much of the value of your order you want to pay with points. These will be “converted” directly into money in your shopping cart and the total amount of your purchase will be reduced by that amount. You can also use the points to pay for your entire purchase, or you can save them for later. It's up to you.

Why do I get a voucher for my next purchase instead of a refund when I withdraw from the contract within 30 days?
Those are our rules. If you withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving, we will refund you for the returned goods. If you return the goods within 15 and 30 days of receiving, you will receive a voucher that you can use for your next purchase.

Why haven't I been credited with any loyalty points after making a purchase?
We cannot credit you with loyalty points if you do not log in to your account when creating an order. Register and shop only after logging in to the site. That way you can be sure you will receive your loyalty points.

How does the extended 3-year warranty work?
While a regular customer is only entitled to a 2-year warranty on new goods, a member of our loyalty program can enjoy up to a 3-year warranty period. We will repair the defect that you claim during the extended warranty period at our expense and if the defect cannot be repaired, you will receive a voucher for the residual value of the goods. The extended warranty does not cover consumables, perishable goods, or pre-owned and unboxed goods. Only the customer who is the final consumer has the right to claim the extended warranty. Each claim will be processed as quickly as possible, but in exceptional cases it may take more than 30 days due to difficult diagnostics or repair.
