REWARDS POINTS UPDATE AUTUMN/WINTER 2022
We're putting together a new loyalty program for 2023, so you'll need to hurry and spend your existing points before the end of October 2022.
Our current reward points program is ending at the end of October 2022. Any orders you place from now will no longer accrue new points - but you will of course be able to spend what you've already earned by the end of October.
If you've not spent what's left on your account by then, we will sadly no longer be able to accept them against future orders.
We will however in their place send you a spend and save voucher for any unused balance at this time.

How to Spend Rewards Points
Simply enter them in 'Rewards Points' area of your ''View Cart" page.
What's my Balance?
You can check your Rewards Poiints balance at any time by accessing your Customer Account Area and selecting the 'My Rewards Points' option in the menu.
How much are my Rewards Points worth now?
We’ve further adjusted this so that you will now be able to use your entire balance.
One reward point is equivalent to 0.01p. So for example 126 reward points gives a £1.26 discount.
