Eligible Player

7. Eligible players must be:

Overall Mechanics

8. Each Eligible Player is entitled to spin the wheel instantly one time daily between 01:00 am until 00:59 am the next day, once they meet the below requirements.
1. Players will need to opt in once for the whole promotional period.
2. Once you have opted out of the promotion, you will not be able to opt back in.
3. In order to spin the wheel, eligible players must stake a minimum of £25 on any Live & Direct table.

Claiming a Prize

13. Once won, prizes must be claimed in the Winning Message Pop Up by clicking “ACCEPT”, prizes are then allocated to your account accordingly.
14. By clicking “ACCEPT” you acknowledge and agree that you are accepting the prize in accordance with the terms and conditions.
15. All prize types must be claimed by 23:59 on the same day as spinning/winning.
    
    

All Prize Terms and Conditions

Live Casino Bonus

16. Live Casino Bonus values may vary and are determined at random.
17. Prizes awarded as Live Casino Bonuses have wagering restrictions attached (as defined below).
18. The bonus will be available to claim in the “Bonuses” section of the Eligible Player’s account for 24 hours. Failure to claim the Casino Bonus will result in the bonus expiring.
19. You have 72 hours from the date the bonus is added to your account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
20. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
21. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.
22. The Requirements are as follows:
    1. The Bonus amount needs to be wagered 1 times before any winnings can be withdrawn.
    2. Some games will contribute a lower wagering percentage than others. For example: a £50 bonus has 2x wagering and Live Casino games contribute 10% towards wagering, this means the bonus needs to be wagered x20 times before the wagering requirement is met. Please see the following table:

   4. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.

General Terms and Conditions

23. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
24. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, Grosvenor Casinos may refuse to process the claim.
25. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include, but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
26. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
27. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, Grosvenor Casinos may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
28. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus/prize forfeited.
29. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, this may affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or are wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
30. Grosvenor Casinos is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered.
