Bluestone terms and conditions
1) The winner of the competition will be chosen at random and will receive the prize of a 3-night weekend break, staying in accommodation that sleeps up to 6 people, arriving on Friday 30th August 2024. Dates are non-transferable.
2) The closing date for entry is Tuesday 30th April 2024 at 23:59. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
3) Winning this competition will not entitle the winner to a refund or exchange of an already purchased (existing) Bluestone break.
4) No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
5) The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
6) Break cannot be resold, no cash alternative to the prize will be offered or change in lodge size or type.
7) We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
8) The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9) By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
10) The winner agrees to the use of his/her/their name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
11) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any other social network.

Micro Scooters terms and conditions
1) By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
2) The winner of the competition will be chosen at random unless stated otherwise and contacted directly.
3) Prizes shown in the promotion are subject to availability and may be subject to change. The family scooter bundle can be chosen by the winner up to a RRP value of £750 and must include an adult scooter. There will be no credit available if the bundle value chosen is less than the total RRP prize value stated on the competition. Any sale items will be calculated as their RRP.
4) Micro Scooters Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition, the Competition Notice or these Rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within the Competition Notice or these Rules
5) Other than the entry requirements detailed in the competition there is no further action required and social media accounts that ask you to share further information may be fake and should be ignored.
6) Micro Scooters Ltd do not own any other Instagram accounts, so if you are contacted notifying you that you are the winner via any other account before the closing date, then you should consider this to be fraudulent.
7) In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, Competition Notice, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Competition, the decision of Micro Scooter Ltd shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
8) Prize cannot be in anyway redeemed for cash. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be resold.
9) Eligibility: This prize promotion is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and residents of the Republic of Ireland. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step” family), of The Promoter, The Supplier, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.
10) No third party or bulk entries. If it becomes apparent that either a participant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, multiple email accounts, multiple reproduced or computer-generated entries, using multiple identities, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these participants will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.
11) It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the prize promotion and acceptance of the prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
12) Data Protection: Any personal information that entrants share with the Promoter will be kept secure and only used in line with these terms and conditions unless the entrant has opted in to future marketing from the Promoter and/or the Supplier. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter to administer the promotion and winners consent to give their name and county for the winners’ list.
