• Digital photo pass: Guests will receive a physical ticket with a QR code on arrival. Scan QR code to save photos during the experience. The ticket provides instructions to find to the Magic Memories site and download images using the unique code on your ticket. Digital photo pass includes eight digital photos and excludes Koala Photo experience
• Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis
• Once inside the venue, you may stay as long as you wish
