• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Not valid: Monday – Wednesday, public holidays and special event days such as Valentine's Day
• Valid for Thursday & Friday sitting or Saturday & Sunday sitting, as purchased – please make your selection carefully
