Scientists have only identified 1 gene that causes grey hair (IRF4), meaning there are other factors including the lack of certain nutrients in our diet as well as oxidative stress that can be contributing to grey hair. USAGE

Take 2 capsules daily, preferably with food.

    Be consistent with continuous use for benefits

    Like the large size bottle which makes life more efficient when you have your supply on hand. Although it did have to take many many months of continuous use it pays off in the end and there is less grey. There are still greys but at least my hair looks and feels better.

    Honestly it takes a bit of time but I do start to see noticeable changes within 3 months of using this. Longer and thicker hair. Going to keep going and keep these greys at bay.
