I really appreciate it how I was treated... The only thing I don't like is the fact that if a person may be confused about the exact location of departure and just so happens to miss their bus that flix bus does not compensate them another ticket. Everybody is not from Los Angeles and has complications sometimes finding the location so I think that if that is the case that fliX bus should compensate the passenger a new ticket for another bus that's leaving soon after they miss their bussince they already paid for a ticket in the first place
The service was overall really good, but the thing that didn’t sit well with me was my partner and I met two incredible people on the bus and then we stopped for dinner. The bus driver gave us 30 minutes and left without certain passengers after 30 minutes. While I understand that FlixBus has a strict schedule, that maybe should’ve been communicated at the stopover so that people knew the importance of getting back in time for departure. I spoke to the driver and he asked me to sit down. Just wanted him to wait 5 more minutes. Still don’t know if those two got to Las Vegas safely.
People were playing music loud the entire 5 hr ride and nothing was done even though complaints were logged.it was an overnight ride and most wanted to sleep but couldn't.
According to customer reviews, there have been consistent complaints about delays and late arrivals. Some customers also mentioned poor bus maintenance as a possible factor for their negative experience. These issues seem to occur regularly and are not effectively addressed by the higher-ups in the company.

The bus driver was a bad driver, honking to everybody and driving recklessly in many occasions.
The first half of our journey was okay. However, when we got to our connecting bus we were told they had departed 15 minutes early and the next bus to Las Vegas was 6 hours away. Very disappointing experience. The staff at San Bernardino were very helpful and apologetic, however, this happens regularly and when they speak to higher up it falls on deaf ears.
My experience was HORRIBLE. I was on the bus for nine hours😐 Absolutely NOT cool

The bus left before the scheduled time which caused me to miss it
Very timely and reliable.
Nice service. Couldn't hear attendant through plate glass wall at checkin in LA. Also, didn't figure out seat recliner until Las Vegas. Seats are bit narrow. ETA should account for traffic, road construction. Otherwise nice.
Based on 47 reviews, the company was rated 2.9 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the ticket access and the staff but often complained with the timeliness. Los Limousines ticket prices on this trip start at $55.00
