FLASKE uses DPD as a partner for shipping. All shipping services used by FLASKE provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany equal to or more than €49,95. 
Is the order less than €49,95 you will pay €5,95 shipping fee. 

Shipping within Europe:
For countries as Austria, Luxembourg, France and Spain you will pay €8,95 shipping fee.

Please note the following: The ordered item(s) will only be sent after the payment is cleared and checked by us. FLASKE does not deliver to a P.O. Box address.

Destination

• The Netherlands and Belgium – next day delivery.
• All of Europe - 1 - 6 days.

Wrong address

If the item is not delivered due to an error in the address given to us, and the package is sent back to us by the postal service company, you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.

Availability

We do our very best to synchronize the website stock with our stock, although some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. If this happens, we will automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.

Personalisation

Personalised products cannot be refunded. Once an order is placed for a personalised product, the design is created and the product is made specifically for that customer. As a result, we are unable to resell these products if they are returned.

We accept the following payment methods: iDeal, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express.

Customs

Orders that are shipped outside of the Netherlands may include customs legislations. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.
