Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Guaranteed next UK business day delivery is contingent upon placing the order before 12 pm on a weekday. Please note that, on occasion, carriers may encounter unforeseen delays beyond our control.

 

Duties and taxes may be payable on goods delivered to customers in the EU and the rest of the world.

Orders to United Arab Emirates require a P.O. Box.

For items delivered by DHL a signature may be required.

The stock shown on our website is in real-time and we always aim to deliver from stock. In the unlikely event that there will be a delay we will always do our best to give you an accurate estimated delivery date for your order.

If we receive a bulk order for Beauty items, extra shipping costs will apply.

We cannot guarantee next day delivery for Black Friday discount items. There may be delivery delays during this period.

Please note:

There is no dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. This is because we are a small, family run business and we like to give our warehouse team the weekend off! If you place an order after 3pm on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be shipped out on the next business day by 3pm regardless of the shipping option you choose.

Next day: Although we dispatch on time each day, we do come across instances where Royal Mail and other carriers are not able to fulfil this timeframe at their end. This may be due to a weather event, a backlog of orders etc. We recommend that you place your order as early as you can if you require it for a certain date. If your order is not received when it is expected, we can certainly help with tracking it, however, cannot be held responsible for courier/postage delays as these are out of our control. Please know that we want you to have the best shopping experience that we can offer and that you receive your order as fast as possible!

Return to sender: It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address when ordering. We, nor the postal services that we use, cannot be responsible for lost parcels that have been delivered to an incorrect address supplied.

If you miss your delivery, it is your responsibility to re-arrange or pick up your parcel from your local sorting office/shipping depot. You will usually be allocated more than two weeks to arrange this from your initial delivery attempt.

In the case that your package is not picked up in time, it may be returned to us. Return to sender items are not a priority for postal companies and can take weeks or months to arrive back with us, particularly from overseas. It means that if received, items are likely to be unsalable due to damage, expiry dates passed or may be marked down or no longer on sale. We do not gain when items are returned to us. As per our returns policy we cannot offer a refund, credit or exchange on items that miss our 14 day return policy.
