Black Seed is a nutrient packed seed believed to stimulate prolactin release, increase breast refill rate, increase milk production, and promote the growth of mammary tissue; Stinging Nettle Leaf is a powerful leaf believed to support lactation by providing essential nutrients and supports thyroid function; Milk Thistle helps increase milk production, stimulates mammary growth, and supports thyroid function; and Fennel Seed has been known to increase milk production and flow, stimulate the letdown reflex, enrich milk, stimulate mammary tissue growth, and helps ease gas/colic in babies.

Recommended Intake: 2 Bulb Squeezes (1.23mL) 1-2 times per day directly under your tongue or mixed in a beverage.
What is a Bulb Squeeze? A bulb squeeze is the amount of liquid that fills the glass dropper tube with 1 squeeze. The liquid will only fill the tube a portion of the way, not fully. This portion is considered 1 bulb squeeze (0.61mL). 2 bulb squeezes will therefore yield the recommended intake of 1.23mL.
Precautions: Avoid use if pregnant, or have an allergy to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family or Compositea/Asteracaea family (daisies, artichokes, kiwi, ragweed). Please consult with your health care provider if you have hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism before use as this can stimulate thyroid function. Keep away from children.
