The Cancellation Fee covers this cost and any other expenses we incur because of your cancellation. A Cancellation Fee does not apply to all plans.

If you have a fixed-price contract with XOOM Energy Georgia, LLC and you take no action to renew, your contract will automatically renew and you will auto default to a variable price, month-to-month plan, in accordance with your notice.

Thus, during cold weather, having an ample supply of natural gas becomes essential to maintaining warmth within your premises. Consequently, your DDDC Factor is determined through an analysis of past usage trends, the number of natural gas appliances, and other pertinent factors influencing the demand on the system's capacity at your location.In instances where you're a new customer lacking 12 months of consumption history with Atlanta Gas Light, the DDDC is computed based on factors such as the gas equipment utilized, the square footage of your space, and the structural type.
