Oxford endeavors to get your order to you as soon as possible. We offer the following convenient options

Click & Collect

We offer a free Click & Collect service at all retail stores (excluding Outlets)

Simply select Click & Collect at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready to pick up in store. Orders can be collected during regular opening hours, check your stores opening hours here

 

Free Standard Shipping for Australian Orders Over $75

All online orders over $75 receive free standard shipping within Australia. Orders under $75 will incur a flat fee of $10.

Your order will be processed and dispatched within approximately 1-2 working days. However, in the event that there are any problems with your order we will contact you via phone and or email.

We deliver all Australian orders by eParcel and as a signature is required on delivery, we therefore recommend that you provide an attended address. Please note that eParcel also deliver to PO Boxes if this suits you. If using a work address, please be sure to include the business name. If no one is available to sign for the parcel a calling card will be left by your local postman to pick-up from your nearest post office within 10 working days.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY TIMES:

Sydney Metro - 1-2 business days, Melbourne & Brisbane Metro - 2 business days, Adelaide Metro - 3 business days, Perth & Darwin Metro - 4 business days and Tasmania - 4 business days. For all regional orders - the delivery time will take slightly longer depending on the state and region. *During busy sale periods, please allow extra time for your order to arrive. Delivery times should be treated as estimates only. Expected delivery timeframes commence from your parcel being dispatched.

Express Shipping

Express delivery is also available at a cost of $15. Express delivery is the fastest delivery option offered by Australia Post.

International Shipping

NEW ZEALAND

New Zealand orders are sent via Australia Post and generally take 3 to 5 working days to reach New Zealand. Please note, customs charges and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by Oxford. It is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. If you wish to track the delivery of your order you can log into the Australia Post website as below and enter your tracking number to find out exactly where you order is.
