How do I earn points?

There are a few ways that you can earn ponts Earn with Nip Tuck Swim!

You earn points with every dollar you spend on our online store. You can also earn points by actioning the activities listed in your rewards account.

The more points you earn, the higher you will move through our tiers. The higher the tier, the more points you'll earn for each dollar spent!

How can I check how many points I have earned?

To check your points balance and rewards available, please log in to your account and click here.

How do I redeem my rewards?

When you are eligible for a reward, you will be able to click the link under the reward you have earned.

This link will ask you to confirm if you would like to spend your points on this reward.*

When confirmed, you will recieve a discount code that you can copy and apply at check out! If you forget to copy this code, don't worry. You can also access any reward codes by clicking on the voucher under the 'Your Rewards' section on this page.

*You don't have to redeem all your points to earn a reward straight away. You can save these and earn a few more to be eligible for a bigger reward!

Can I use my rewards on all products?

Yes! You can use your rewards on all products. However, there are minimum spend requirements on each reward:

$5 voucher - min spend of $85

$10 voucher - min spend of $170

$15 voucher - min spend of $255

Do my points expire?

Yes. All points will expire after 12 months from the date they are earned.

How can I opt out?

We’re sad to see you go! We value your feedback, and would love to know where you think we can improve.

Please email info@niptuckswim.com to let us know that you wish to leave the rewards program, and note that once your account has been deactivated all points will be void.

Your personal customer account with us will still remain active.
