How do I join The Craft Company Loyalty Scheme?
To start redeeming points on every £1 spent, simply create an account with us - that's it! Because our program is being launched in conjunction with our new website, if you already have an account with us then you will be required to create a new password for your account to be migrated over to our new system.
How do I earn points?
Once you have created your account with us, you'll just need to make sure that you are logged in when placing an order. Your points will be automatically accrued when you shop with us and you'll earn 5 points for every £1 spent*
* Points are accrued on the total order spend, after discounts have been applied. You will earn points on the cost of delivery, but cannot earn points on any value paid with points.
How can I boost my points balance?
To be in with the chance of winning a voucher worth £10 in Craft Company points simply leave us a product review. We love hearing your thoughts on our cake products! At the end of every month, one lucky reviewer will be selected at random to win. How do I check my points?
Sign into our website and click 'My Account' to see your points totals and when they expire.
How do I spend points?
Once you have accrued the minimum number of points for redemption (100) you can apply them at the checkout to discount your order before paying the balance (if required) Or if you have earned enough, you can pay for an order entirely with your points balance!
100 points can be redeemed for £1. You can redeem points to a value of 50p increments. Therefore, if you have 180 points you can redeem 150 points against your order for a discount of £1.50. Points are valid for use for 365 days from the date they are earned.
