Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all product purchases over $200. Shipment of the goods are made F.O.B shipping point (the fulfillment center shipping deck). Generally most of our products ship out within one business day and usually arrive in 2 - 7 business days depending upon your location within the continental United States. All products shall be deemed to be delivered and risk of loss relating to shipment shall pass from Heat & Cool (Seller) to Customer (Buyer) at such time as product is loaded onto a transportation carrier vehicle. We will email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped to you. All claims by Buyer for damage, loss or delays in transit shall be made by Buyer against the carrier, and Seller shall have no responsibility or obligations with respect to any such damage, loss or delay.

All products will be packed for shipment in accordance with Seller's standard practices, packing methods and shipping documents. Manner, route and carrier of shipment will at Seller's sole discretion. Buyer is responsible to inspect equipment for damage caused by the carrier and to promptly notify carrier and Seller of any damages found.

Curbside shipping is free within the continental United States and includes free optional lift-gate service. Lift-gate is a delivery service in which a special truck with a power gate on the back will lower your order to the ground for you. Carrier is not obligated to perform such service when suitable vehicles equipped with such devices and operators are not available. Lift-gate services will only be rendered at locations that are safe and accessible to the vehicle.

Acceptance, Cancellation & Return

Product ownership and risk of loss passes from Seller to Buyer at such time as product is loaded onto a transportation carrier vehicle. Damage and loss claims must therefore be made by Buyer directly to the carrier. Each shipment date is approximate, and Seller shall not be responsible for any damages of any kind resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery of any products. Buyer must report to Seller within 24 hours any alleged error, shortage, or nonconformity of such products.

Damaged Merchandise

Buyer shall carefully inspect outer packaging and open and inspect inner contents of all deliveries and refuse delivery of items damaged upon delivery. Damage to inner contents is defined as Concealed Damage and must be refused by customer. In such cases where Carrier prohibits Buyer from opening and inspecting merchandise at time of delivery, Buyer has 24 hours to report Concealed Damage to both the Carrier and Seller. After reporting Concealed Damage, Buyer then has 30 days to file a Concelaed Damage claim with Carrier.

Any non-acceptance or cancellation of any order for products which is not consented to in writing by Seller shall entitle Seller to recover cancellation charges which includes the full price of the products or services as well as all other costs incurred by Seller related to sale of such products. With Seller's written consent, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), Buyer may return certain products to Seller according to the Seller Return Policy.
