LikedWe loved absolutely everything about our stay. The room turned out to be even better than in the pictures. The location is ideal, right on the Royal Mile. Easy to get anywhere. The room was clean, beds were very comfy, all the necessities were provided. Great breakfast starting from 7 am. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

DislikedThe wooden floors were really squeaky, but I guess this is something to expect in an old building like that. Our room was in their second building and there were a couple of stairs, which was not very convenient with big suitcases. The staff however helped us carry them to our room.

LikedPerfect location, gorgeous room and view, friendly staff, lovely breakfast and very clean.

DislikedWe had a noisy air conditioning unit outside of our room, we may have been above the kitchen as it was on all times of the day and night. Was quite a subtle noise but still slightly irritating when trying to sleep.
